Bella Poarch (born in the Philippines) is an American Filipino music producer, content creator and social media influencer. She is known for the lip-syncs she performs, as well as comedy videos she shares on her TikTok page. She created the TikTok account in 2020 and then became an instant TikTok sensation in just a few months. TikTok has credited her for the development of their most popular video, the Lip-Sync video for British Rapper Millie B's popular song Soph Aspin. In May 2021, her TikTok followers had risen to 66,000,000, placing her as the 3rd most-followed person on the platform. Charli D'Amelio was the 2nd. Poarch is Filipino. Her mother, who cared for Poarch until she was three, informed H3 Podcast interviewers that she was brought up in the slums by her father, Poarch. Kenneth Taylor and Eden, the daughter of an American expat adopted Poarch. She said she worked on the family farm for 10 years as well as doing chores. Bryner is her older brother. She also has two older adoptive sisters. Her family moved to United States in Texas when she was 13 witht being able to leave her two older sisters who were within the Phillipines. Poarch then served in United States Navy for many years and was stationed at Japan. Bella stated that her father had been abusive to her and her brother and that she didn't have any friends at school. Poarch launched her career in April of 2020. In this month, she started posting her content in TikTok. Poarch rose to fame for her numerous lip syncs, but most notable was her clip in which she is performed lip syncs to Soph Aspin Sen by Millie B which is currently the most liked video. After her TikTok fame, she launched both a Twitter and YouTube page. Poarch also became famous with the alpaca things doll Paca. In the year 2020, she launched a limited clothing line RIPNDIP x Paca collaboration.
